Do you feel tired and worn out at the end of the day? Having trouble relaxing
because you're so used to rushing around anxiously and feeling stressed? Would
you like to feel calm and clear-headed, with more energy to get you through the
day? Come recharge your mind and body in a special after-work group Reiki
Reiki is a practice that offers deep relaxation while it stimulates your body’s ability
for self-healing. In this special evening, Sarah will lead a guided meditation while
you receive Reiki in a group setting.
Everyone is welcome! You do not need to have any experience in Reiki or meditation to attend. All that is required is an open mind and an open heart.
We meet on the last Thursday of every month, from 7-8pm.
