In the next lab we'd like to explore how we can do effective planning with a diverse group. It's a new year and the perfect time of year to make plans. Maybe it's your team preparing for Q1, or your family wanting to plan all the vacations for the year, or maybe it's your community wanting to plan the next 6 months of meet-ups. ;-)

Together we will use a string to explore how we plan when there are different levels of involvement and experience in the room. How do we understand what people need and then try to deliver what's possible to achieve our goals? How do we help people feel included and get the right level of buy-in from the people who are stakeholders? We meet next Tuesday at Native Instruments to see if we can build our future topics for the up-coming Liberating Structures lab.

Looking forward to wishing you all a Happy New Year in person!
Your Design Team & Host: Tas, Sylvia, Anja, Nicole, Ina & Sebastian

We start promptly at 19:00, but doors open at 18:30 so you can get yourself settled and ready to play. We end at 21:00 with some informal networking until 21:30.

There will be light snacks & drinks, so please make sure to update your RSVP so we can get a good count.

This is a place where we experiment and play. We make mistakes, and we learn. It's not about teaching others how to do Liberating Structures, but a place for us to all to practice and learn.

*You do not have to know what Liberating Structures are all about*, only have curiosity and be open to learning these tools.
