Southwark social

Usual monthly meet-up in the Rose and Crown, get the right one there are two in Southwalk!

This is an informal drinks event to discuss Libertarian theories, recent news and events in general, the state of libertarianism in the various parties and in the culture.

There will be no speaker at this event, to allow maximum time for chatting amongst ourselves.

      It also would establish gold as a currency. One thing that bothers me about bitcoin is that you cannot pay cash. Every transaction can be tracked. But one of the biggest weapons we have against the welfare state is paying cash. I never use electronic payment if I don't have to. Societies like China that have experience with totalitarianism are very much cash societies, because this is the best protection you have against the state. You can see this in the current crises. States everywhere are trying desperately to keep people from paying cash, by essentially criminalizing larger cash payments. But if you have a link to gold, you would still be able to pay cash.
