Libertarians Abroad Social Networking Group

Libertarians,

Some of you would have received an invitation from me to join a new social network that I started on Ning. This network will be directed to our website that I opened: http://www.LibertariansAbroad.org

Though this should be totally redirected in a few days (Ning says 48 to 72 hours) you can still sign up for this even before. I would like for all of you to join up if you will to this sight as well as the MeetUp site that I have now. Why? Well simply put I am doing my best to join libertarians everywhere. This MeetUp group will be primarily our point of focus for our meetings, which is what this is site is designed for and handles so well. The other site is to help libertarians around the world to find one another and connect. I have libertarian friends who are based in Korea, Latvia, Cyprus and Costa Rica from my early days of trying to get Libertarians Abroad up and running. I also have a few friends who were based overseas who have now gone to live back home in the United States who I would love to keep in contact with through our group. And we also have a few friends even who have signed up for this MeetUp group of ours who live in the United States and either travel this way occasionally or are looking to make a more permanent move.

What can you do when you sign up? Well, it has most of the social media stuff that goes along with it: Photo and video sharing, blogging, connecting with other like minded people... I have opened a group specifically for the Bangkok Libertarians and I have asked my friend who runs Libertarians Abroad in Korea to do the same when he gets time. Hopefully others will follow suit and open these groups or participate in other groups.

I think the complementary site makes great sense and I hope that you also will get involved in it. I think you will find that this will help you all keep up with old friends in liberty and meet many new friends.

Also, besides signing up, if you know anyone who would be interested in this group in particular then please by all means send them in invitation to join. The more the merrier! Small things like this will help us to keep better organized and will help us to better see freedom in our life times.

If you are interested, please go here: http://libertariansabroad.ning.com

I look forward to seeing you there as well!

In liberty,

Gary Dale Cearley
