Beginners Running/Walking session

Most of our runners can now run 30 minutes minimum and 5k on our Meet Ups. Some have run half marathons and some are training to do them.  A lot of us are now training for 10k races.  We have the more experienced runners on a Monday, Wednesday & Sunday. Thursday's are ideal for beginners, but please contact me if you prefer a different night and I will offer a plan that brings you in line with our other runners in a matter of weeks.  Look forward to meeting new people and watching you progress, just as I did from less than 1 minute runs to 1 hour + runs :)
