This multi-level yoga class will focus on building strength and flexibility while performing some of the familiar and fundamental yoga asanas.  Music is carefully chosen to assist in creating an invigorating Vinyasa style yoga flow. This class can be energizing, fun, restorative, and meditative all in one.  I am an experienced yoga instructor RYT, RN, and personal trainer, who is passionate about the healing benefits of yoga.
