Life Bliss Program - A Manual for Happy Living!

Life Bliss Program is a 2-day transformational meditation program that engergizes and cleanses the 7-major chakras.

This program will help you

  1. Help you keep you new year resolutions!
  2. Reduce stress, handle negative emotions on a daily basis
  3. Improve your relationship with your family, your boss and everyone around you
  4. Improve sleep
  5. Improve productivity at work
  6. Lead a life with more clarity (what makes us happy and what doesnt)

 We ride the wave of emotions up and down in daily life; we dont know what makes us happy; we dont know why we go through the cycle of ups and downs at work, in relationships etc.

This program will teach you - it will not only teach you intellectually, but also give you 8 meditations that will help you handle these emotions on a day to day basis.

Answers for some frequently asked questions:

1. Question: Is this program for me?

Answer: This is for everyone. Even if you are an experienced meditator, or have not done 1 minute of meditation in your life - you will gain a lot from this program. It is designed by an enlightened master, to give benefit at multiple levels. This is for everyone who wants to live a happy life

2. Question: I have done other meditations. How is this different?

Answer: The meditations taught here are ACTIVE meditations. They are designed by an Enlightened Master based on chakras. Here is why active meditations are good: Often we know we should not do something... but we end up doing it anyway. We make so many new year resolutions but we rarely keep them. This is because patterns are stored in us at the muscle memory level. Intellectual understanding alone will not help. ACTIVE meditations - where you move your body - are designed to go deep into your muscle memory to remove patterns.

3. Question: I have a family to take care - how can I take 2 days off?

Ans: We always do things for others (our family, kids, friends, for our boss). When we take time for ourselves it is usually just to entertain ourselves. We need to take time for ourselves, to touch the core of ourself and find the happiness that is there. Once we learn how to tap this happiness, we can reach into it again and again. But it is a very important skill to learn which will pay off many times more. Take these two days for yourself - you will really appreciate it later in life.

Timings: The program is on 14th and 15th of Jan (Sat/Sun) 8am-6pm (both days should be attended)

Cost: $125 for the entire program, delicious food conducive to meditation will be served on both days (lunch, dinner, snacks & fruits through the day, plus coffee/tea will be available through the day). Cost of food is included.
