What we're about

Lingo Parlor: Speak English like you mean it!

Welcome to the Parlor!
If you're looking to improve communication with your audience in English, you're in the right place!

Lingo Parlor is not a conversation practice group or a class.
Our coaches host structured activities for you to practice presenting in English and provide customized feedback. Our games and challenges teach you to think better "on your feet” and say what you mean in better ways.

At Lingo Parlor, you can do all of this in front of a friendly audience comprised of individuals who also need your support.

We look forward to seeing you in our live forum!

Speak UP! (Formerly Topic Tuesday)

Link visible for attendees

Hello! Welcome to Speak Up! with Coach Deborah.

Urgent:
Please verify the start time in your time zone. For group security, your Zoom name must match your Meetup name. Thank you!

What is YOUR opinion?

Are you a non native English speaker who would love to have more opportunities to express yourself?

Would you welcome the chance to share your point of view on all kinds of topics?

If you answered "Yes" to these questions, then these events were made just you.

In these events you will be able to do the following:

  • discuss controversial and philosophical topics of interest
  • get corrections to improve your pronunciation as well as alternative phrases and vocabulary
  • connect with other professionals just like you

We encourage serious English learners to attend these events as much as possible. These events count towards your English learning practice!

Looking forward to meeting you!

Sincerely,
Coach Deborah and Coach Tom
