This is a group for anyone interested in gentle beginners yoga and meditation. No experience needed. All adults including Seniors are welcome. There is no cost for coming to this gentle yoga group at Lisle Library. There will be a meet on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 3:15pm. Activity will involve gentle movements and stretches, breathing exercises, guided relaxation, and meditation.
