Hi dear Lisbon yogis!
Join me for some open air Vinyasa yoga session in the beautiful Jardim Estrela in Lisbon.
I'm not teaching any regular classes in Jardim da Estrela but I'll update you with the specials that I'll teach there this year.
The meeting point generally is in the park Jardim da Estrela, next to the pavilion, under the pink tree.
The class normally is in English or bilingual with Portuguese or German if necessary. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one and something warm to cover yourself up during the meditation. The class is donation based.
