The key to living a life that genuinely feels good is (1) turning clear Intentions into consistent Action.; (2) practicing Mindfulness.
We're designing our lives each day with every choice we make...every action, reaction or inaction, all driven by our mindset, habits, and beliefs. Living an intentional life means that we have clarified and committed to our core desires and values and we use them to guide these choices consistently.
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to work through your Intentions/Goals for 2018 using an organized, updated framework with my coaching and the support of others in the group.
As a result you will leave with a plan that will help you:
• live more intentionally;
• feel more on purpose;
• discover more opportunities;
• create more abundance;
• feel a greater sense of direction in life;
• make more empowering choices; and
• have higher quality relationships.
