Whether you are new to mindfulness and want to try it out in a relaxed and friendly environment or you already have a mindfulness practice and want to stay motivated, this class is for you. This weekly class offers an ideal opportunity to get a taste of mindfulness, discover the benefits of integrating it into your life, and practice consistently.
Short talk followed by guided meditation with discussion and Q/A.

Chairs will be provided; feel free to bring your own cushion if that is most comfortable.
