I would start off in France and then make my way through Belgium.
One of my favorite adventures recently was wandering the streets in Sydney. The seafood was fabulous and the wildlife was very colorful.
Rose Angelis in Lincoln Park consistenly serving delicious Italian such as spinach pasta half moons stuffed with pesto and ricotta along with a brown butter sauce mixed with tomatoes and pine nuts. Daily specials a must read.
Im always interested in new experiences - new food while conversing with interesting people sounds fabulous.
I appreciate the diverse types of culinary adventures that people have an opportunity to experience. I have enjoyed meeting members of the group and the restaurants treat us well.
