Bouley in New York City. Fancy restaurants the tout Michelin stars are a dime a dozen these days. What sets Bouley a part from the rest is the perfect balance of service and surprise. The setting is intimate and relaxing as if you are in your own home and the food takes risk without being pretentious and is frankly outstanding. Best eating experience of my life.
I mull over making a grain free focused cookbook all of the time. I imagine creating a set divided by situation - dinner parties, family night, holidays, etc.
