For anyone on the running/athletic spectrum! Running is such a beneficial routine to have in ones life. Through running (or walking!) people can expect to be more calm/relaxed during the day, dismantle stressful situations in life, get a better body along with being more awake and vibrant during the day. After crushing a few miles in the early morning, you're only setting yourself up for wins throughout the day. Self discipline is THE quickest road to success in any realm and this is where and how we make ourselves better. Only do what you can; if you need to walk, for some, all or most of the time, that's no problem at all, walk it out. If your able to do more, by all means! We'll be meeting on W Valleyheart and S Mariposa. Just type in "Circle K Stables" and park your car on Valleyheart. We will run over the horse bridge and run for 30 minutes out and 30 minutes back, heading out at 5AM. 4:45 for a quick warm up then off we go.
