The Little Black Dress Club is the premier women’s social network specializing in adventure, sophistication and friendship! Our diverse membership includes women who share a common spirit and a taste for the finer things in life! We enjoy activities such as themed dinner parties, casual happy hours, fashion shows, adventure and beach vacations, and celebrity book signings. We boast a penchant for “out-of-the-box” ideas as well as our generous contributions to charity. Our members are recognized for their class, intelligence, and grace as well as their willingness to try new things! We do NOT promote or support, drama, bullying or maliciously participating in or spreading of rumors and gossip or paining another member(s) in a negative light. This behavior is cause for immediate dismissal from LBDC.

LittleBlack Dress Club, East Bay (LBDC) is a social club and we promote our club through multiple social media outlets. LBDC reserves the right to use ANY photograph/video taken at ANY event sponsored by LBDC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

LBDC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media, Social media, materials produced, used or contracted by LBDC including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, radio, websites, social media sites, etc. Should you decide to pose for group photos, be advised there is no expectation of privacy regarding social media posts or LBDC advertisements.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will usually be identified using the shared information you post on your social media accounts such as “tags”.

A person attending an LBDC event who does not wish to have their image captured for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers. You shall also contact the club’s Director at in writing of your wishes to be documented in club records. Since this is a social club and our mainstream communication is social media, the easiest remedy is to simply NOT pose for photos. We are very proud of the events LBDC hosts understand that social media is our primary mode of communication.

By participating in an LBDC event and or by failing to notify LBDC, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by LBDC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify LBDC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with LBDC may not use, copy, alter or modify LBDC photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from LBDC.
