This is a group for anyone wanting to cultivate and live the most wholehearted, daring, and authentic version of their life. If you are, or are working to be, the author of your life's story--focusing on the good stuff, but determined that even the struggles are crafted as a narrative featuring a brave hero/heroine working through real life shit--this is your group. Optimistic, adventurous and courageous--that's who we want to be!

Our intention is to meet at least once each month. There is a $25 fee per meetup session.

About The Facilitators
Kristi is a professional coach, and graduating member of the very first cohort of The Daring Way™--a training and certification program based on the research of and founded by Dr. Brené Brown. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the American Psychological Association (APA), and the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP), and she is currently completing her doctorate in Human Development.

After 11 years as a middle and high school science teacher, Rob returned to graduate school at Seattle University to study counseling. For the past eight years, he has worked with middle school adolescents as a school counselor, and also facilitates classes and groups with adults using The Daring Way™ methodology. In his off-time, Rob enjoys training for marathons, cycling and back country hiking.

Both Rob and Kristi are passionate about humanitarian work around the world, and are actively engaged in several projects in Nepal working with children who have been rescued from indentured service and trafficking, as well as providing training to the teachers and social workers who support them.
