All of us humans can get off center sometimes due to the stress we encounter in our environment, with others, or within are own psyches. We can struggle to stay calm, centered, and balanced in the face of challenging circumstances as well as emotional triggers/traumas. We all need a little help and support sometimes to get back on track, to get back in get our energies focused and flowing in the optimal healthiest ways.
So here's a great therapeutic half-day space to get the inner peace and calm needed for ultimate well-being.
The 3 hour workshop will include :
- Meditation/mindfulness practice,
- Authentic connection and sharing with those present
-Aruyvedic, somatic stress- release movement/gentle yoga exercises
- Healing space to allow you to re-connect strongly and assuredly with what you need to be calm and centred within yourself.
This 3 hour workshop will be facilitated by two certified and experienced Dublin-based polarity therapists, Julian A Arranz and Danielle Vierling, both passionate about bringing out the best in you for optimal well-being.
