We will enjoy the incredible beauty of the Bear's Den overlook and a 2 mile round trip Forest Soaking Hike on the Appalachian Trail during the quieting time just before dusk. We will include some gentle standing yoga stretches along the way to quiet and restore body, mind and soul.

Please bring plenty of water and bug spray for the hike. I will provide the watermelon for us to enjoy on the lawn of the Bear's Den Hostel. We may have a campfire depending on the temperature that day.
