- Baltic Triangle Vegan Market
After a couple of popular vegan markets this year it is back on October 14th for another vegan market extravaganza. From vegan samosas to vegan brownie peanut butter jars and from hot sauce to bagels — there will be lots of specialist stalls selling their vegan wares. If that wasn’t enough, the market will take place in one side of the room whilst the amazing street food traders in the other side of the room cook up a storm. Vegan pizza, garden burgers, falafel wraps and lots more will be on offer. We’ll also have some special vegan beers and wines on offer at the bar. Entry is free. The food market and bar will stay open until 9pm. Everyone is welcome — including children and dogs. Full stalls announced soon. You don't have to be a vegan to enjoy it! *Please note that all market traders will be vegan only but street food stalls will be doing their normal menus with vegan specials*
- Picnic in Sefton Park near Boathouse Kiosk
Let’s enjoy the summer by having a picnic. Please only bring vegan food and drink, so that everyone can share, as well as picnic blankets. We will meet next to the Boathouse Kiosk cafe on the south side of the lake, which is close to the Aigburth Vale entrance by Aigburth Drive. After we have met we will find a nice spot to have our picnic on the grass. There is a car park at the entrance to the park, as well as parking available on nearby streets. The following buses stop nearby: 4, 60, 61, 68, 68A, 82, 82A, 82B, 82C, 82D, 500, 800, X1.
