What we're about
I created this group because I believe people need people to support them in their journey. The issues that we will discuss in this group are universal. Issues like shame, worthiness and being brave and showing up (again) after life kicks us in the belly. These are things we all struggle with. I wanted to create a supportive environment where these issues are put on the table and real life is discussed. Let's do this together.
ABOUT THIS MEETUP
This group is for men and women who are ready to show up in a way that allows for richer relationships and fuller lives. Our primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead. Be encouraged and supported in a community of like-minded people. Join us as we examine and interact with the topics of vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness.
