For everyone who desires to enthusiastically improve upon the quality of personal and interpersonal natural balance in their daily lives. This is an interactive, collaborative experience, with pragmatic exercises derived from the realm of Aikido principles. These exercises are intended to assist us in identifying the distinction between natural balance and unnatural balance (which we have come to perceive as normal). The realization of this distinction assists us in keeping one's most effective natural balance in every circumstance of daily life. In a collaborative environment participants partner with each other to discover their most effective and functional point of natural balance. With participation over time, like riding a bicycle, our natural balance becomes more and more habituated and intuitively accessible!
