Needs a location
Based on the Livonia Rec Center's yearly challenge "100 days to Health", here's an idea for our group.
Let's challenge our cyclists in the group too, so here's your challenge should you choose to accept it. To get healthier this year sign up to see if we can bike 300- 500 miles. This can be either with this group and/or another group or on your own. It's all up to you to monitor and challenge yourselves.
I will post the miles for the group rides if you want to include those in yours. There's no payment to do this. And you will keep track yourself. It's all up to you what you want to include.
At the end of next year, we can go out and celebrate whatever distances we each do. I have a few design ideas for t-shirts too if anyone is interested in ordering some.
You can do both challenges if you're really keen :-)
