We are poets, slammers, short-story-writers, anecdote-tellers, haiku-formers, and speakers of other short-form literature. We come together and read our pieces for the others to enjoy, analyze, experience, and get lost in. Every third Saturday of the month, we meet at the Lo Co Artisan Coffee House in Downtown Loveland for these performances. Anybody is welcome to join and watch, or even perform. There are no critics here. If we decide to have judges one night, they are only there to narrow/progress the field to an eventual final set of performers and the judges will be largely inexperienced in judging poetry. If you use poetry as an escape, as an idea-bouncer, as a coping mechanism, whatever; please come out and join us sometime. You are welcome, and you are appreciated.
