We are a group of positive, adventurous people who want to try new activities to keep the mind and body healthy. We are interested in getting out into the great outdoors to benefit from nature be physically active and to feed our minds through yoga and mindful activities.

We organise half day sessions, to weekends away to try a range of activities from canoeing, hiking, climbing, archery, mountain biking and anything else we think you will enjoy and help you to connect with other people.
