  • Non-violent communication is a book and an approach to communicating in a way that allows us to communicate our needs and wants in a more effective way. By using this approach we are more likely to get our needs met without needing to be demanding or manipulative. This is a core skill of a servant leader.

As Agile coaches and mentors we need to be able to give effective feedback to our clients, teams, and peers, and to communicate our needs and expectations of them.

In this session we will practice giving feedback and communicating our needs and wants using non-violent communication methods.
