Scaling up Scrum with a growing team/product

One of our group suggested this topic because "my team is growing massively and we seem to be heading towards component teams. I don't want to do this but it seems like the only option. I have little experience and would like a discussion about the best way to handle scaling up." - come along and discuss.

We encourage members to take photographs during our sessions. If you are not happy for images of you to be posted on the internet/used to publicise the group, please do not attend this event.

Please note: you can only book tickets to this session 14 days beforehand

The event will be held in the upstairs room at The Plumbers Arms. The sessions are informal and we are happy for you to eat the pub grub / drink during the meetup (the pies are pretty nice).

The pub's site gives directions:

Really enjoyed the "fish bowl" format although needs a bigger room.

My feedback for the retro - Think the goldfish bowl might work better if there is a time limit on people staying in the seats.
