This is a group for people who are suffering from anxiety and depression who wish to chat and socialise with others in an informal, non-judgemental and relaxed space. Having mental health issues can be incredibly isolating and lonely at times and the aim of this group is to bring people together to provide a sense of solidarity and relief from this. If you’d like to meet some new, understanding and friendly people with their own experiences of mental health issues then this group might be for you! Everyone’s story and struggle with mental health issues are unique to them but it can be helpful to remember that you are not alone. We’ve got to take care of each other sometimes.
