This is a group for those who want to get creative and like the outdoors. Relax and re-energise with a guided walk hearing about the history of the chosen area, some drawing and writing exercises and a guided meditation.
After having some feedback that people like Friday evening groups, and since we are coming up to a great exhibition on William Blake at the Tate, I thought it would be great to run the Peckham Rye walk again! :-)
We will be meeting in Peckham Rye by the cafe. We will walk around the park with creative prompts. You can respond to the briefs with drawing, photography, writing, or all the above! (So bring the appropriate equipment-sketchbooks, pencils, cameras). As the weather has been quite varied, please wear appropriate clothing, sunscreen and bring water. The theme is William Blake who is famous for being inspired by Peckham. There is a beautiful Japanese garden in the park and many other beautiful areas to experience.
