The 'holy' books are like those really annoying people that keep on spouting stuff, on and on, even though other people's eyes glaze over and their smiles turn into frozen grimaces while they try and think of a way to get away, or somehow "ARRRGH MAKE IT STOP!"

On another thread we were talking about teaching religion not in R.E ( so as not to validate it in its own right), but in other classes to demonstrate e.g. politics - use the babble as the most successful method ever of mass control. Or Psychology - what could be a better example of confirmation bias than the example here? They choose to focus on the 0.0001% that somehow make a little sense (typewriters and monkeys?) - rather than the glaring 99.9999% percent of utter fucking gibberish and fascism.

I like! Especially Romans 1, 20 'For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, ...'.

Very deep one, that!

(Depth, of course, assessed in the usual medium .... crap!)
