We meet every sunday at the boathouse coffee in REGENT PARK for a 100% FREE bootcamp

The format is
- 5 min warm up + quick stretching
- 30 min HIIT exercises ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฅ
- 20 min resistance training with elastic bands (provided!) ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ
- 5 min stretch
