What is your connection to the field of careers/employability work?

My company, Richmond Solutions, helps clients all the way from Cork to Brisbane find their next role, as a permanent employee, interim manager, consultant or non-executive director. We work with one of the major professional services firms, but most of our clients come to us as individuals. Everyone involved in Richmond Solutions has many, many years recruitment experience behind them, and use the resulting insights to help our clients.

What do you hope to gain from, or offer to, this group?

I'm sure we can all share many ideas on helping our clients, marketing our services and possibly find ways to work together.

After a dozen years at the top of the executive recruitment profession, I now use those skills and insights to help candidates rather than hiring organisations, leading my own interview training, LinkedIn profile, CV writing and job hunting company.
