Barre Stretch-n-core class - dance conditioning and flexibility to tone, strengthen and fat burn. Work towards the long lean lines of a dancers body, obtaining the strength, flexibility and power at the foundation of all dance technique.
Start the week with a calm, focused full body work out working on core, leg, arm and full body strength whilst working to lengthen, lift and stretch.
Class combines centre, barre and floor work with exercises from ballet, yoga, Pilates, contemporary dance and PT fitness.

And for those wanting to meet new people and get a great fun cardio work out, follow this class with Dance Blast at 7:45pm, a lively fusion of street, jazz, commercial, contemporary and show styles with all the focus on having a great fun, high energy, highly social workout.
