TOMORROW!Wed 7 Jul, 7-8pm

Short notice but I'm planning to go to this event tomorrow if anyone wants to join me. Mail me or text on[masked] if you are coming.
FREE but tickets allocated on arrival
Inspired by our new Galleries of Modern London, enjoy a free concert of outstanding world music, as part of the London-wide World City Music Village festival. The evening will feature performances by Adel Elbrary, a famous singer and composer from Sudan. Adel is influenced by musicians from all over the globe, drawing inspiration from Egypt, India, Arabia, South America, Europe and particularly Israel.

Also performing on the night will be Alcazaba, a flamenco fusion band that incorporates elements of Middle Eastern and Indian music into flamenco to create a vibrant and unique sound. The group have performed at The Rise Festival, Cargo, the Green Note and on BBC World Service. Their debut eponymously titled CD was released in July 2009 and has been played on BBC Radio 3, Radio Scotland, Radio Merseyside and the Asian Network.
