Commercial Dance
Dance is a great way to keep fit, have fun and meet new friends. A fantastic strengthening and core conditioning programme, Commercial Dance, improves flexibility and tones every area of the body. The meet-up is great either for new-comers and pros alike. WHAT TO EXPECT: A full body cardio jam, drawing on the funkiest routines from MTV to build your rhythm and coordination. This fun-filled session breaks down the steps for each week's routine, covering both the basics and more challenging moves, encouraging you to let go and have fun to your favourite music chart hits. Starting with a cardio warm up and stretch, the class moves into the routine teaching section. A total body conditioning workout that's too much fun to notice! After class students are welcome to talk to us about additional training to build up routines for competitions, West End performances and sports match performances including for England Basketball, American Football Premiership champions The London Warriors and the RFC. The classes aim to be really fun and a great workout. Open to students of all levels who have an interest in progressing in a focused environment. Calling all adults who want to have fun, make friends and get fit with cheerleading classes! Cheerleading is a great way to keep fit, have fun and meet new friends, whilst choreography is an opportunity to get creative. The group will focus on a fantastic strengthening and core conditioning programme, training for cheer dance, stunts and jumps improving flexibility and toning every area of the body.

For those who want to get more involved we have a performance squad, The London Roses RFC Cheerleaders, and we perform for a professional rugby team, charity and other events.

7pm-7:45pm Mondays: Stretch n Core class for dance conditioning and flexibility. A calm, focused full body work out to achieve the long lean lines of a dancer's body and improve your strength, flexibility, power and essential dance technique. Improve your core, lower and upper body strength, lengthen and stretch your muscles, invigorate your energy and focus your mind.

7:45pm-8:30pm Mondays: Dance Blast - A social fusion of fun, fitness and dance: A lively, high energy easy to follow dance blast cardio session of cheer dance including - Commercial, Jazz & Show. A social session for all abilities, all about fun, energy and making friends.

On Wednesdays 3 open sessions on Wednesdays covering flexibility, strengthening, dance (including pom-dance, street, jazz and more) cheer chants, stunts and tumbling. 7:30pm-8:15pm; Stretch-n-Core Conditioning - All over body strength and flexibility: A focused full body work out using flexibility and core conditioning exercises from Pilates, ballet & fitness training to help you achieve the strong lean lines of a dancer's body.

8:15-9pm: Cheerleading Dance - An open cheerleading dance and technique class covering performance dance styles including commercial, street, pom-dance, jazz, cheer dance, contemporary & show.

9pm-10pm: Open Stunt Training - Level 2-4 stunts. Open to beginners, those already hooked but unable to commit to a full time comp team training schedule, and people already in comp teams looking for more stunting.

(We understand London lives can sometimes keep us late at work, so late joiners are very welcome but must take responsibility for their own warm-up.)
