Why are you developing games?

I am developing games to help me learn to program, as well as just seeing if any of the designs I have made are fun to play.

Are you a indie developer? or are you working for someone?

Purely independent.

What do you expect from the group?

To meet other game developers, network with them, share ideas, and possibly get help with any issues I encounter when developing my own games. As a software tester I can possibly help with testing strategies as well.

What can you contribute to the group?

I have been a games professional, coming from testing through to design and management, and now testing again. I can offer insight into testing a developers software, as well as some project management advice too perhaps.

I am a software tester, formerly of Virgin Interactive (anyone remember them!?). I am now out of testing games, but am looking to develop the odd game to help me learn programming.
