We organise various inclusive events for those who are interested in:
• sharing vegan / plant based meals
• learning how to cook vegan meals
• healthy activities (walks, Tai Chi, fitness etc.)
• sober / alcohol-free events where you can meet other like-minded folk or just have a fun time without having to wreck your body in the process!
We extend our welcome to those who are transitioning to a vegan / vegetarian diet or would like to reduce how much or how often they drink, as we know how difficult it can be at first.
We further extend our welcome to those who have made the transition and who don't currently know others within their circle of friends who have done the same. It's easy to feel a bit isolated at first so come along to one of our events and relax with friendly like-minded folks.
We especially extend our welcome to those fed up and frustrated by the seeming meaninglessness of the daily grind, not only destructive for our bodies, but the whole planet, and seeking more than just material gratification. We're not activists or lobbyists but believe it's important to have a place to relax and mingle with others who are making an effort to take better care of themselves and those around them, and for the planet as a whole.
