Matthew Shardlake walking tour

From: Justin
Sent on: Thursday, August 22, 2013 10:10 PM

I've been asked to spread the word about a Matthew Shardlake walking tour based on the books of C J Sansom.

The next one is on 29 September.

I can't attach the flyer here but if you email me, I'll send it to you.

Some info below and at the website here:

Shardlake's City (C.J. Sanson)
C.J Sanson introduces us to his wonderful ‘hunchback’ lawyer- detective, Matthew Shardlake, in his series of 5 novels. Join us to see some of the locations featured in the books and learn about life in the Tudor City Shardlake would have known and loved. We walk along the street where Guy lived and see where Chancery met his end at the hands of Sir Richard Rich. We also visit the medieval Guildhall where Shardlake petitioned the city government, taverns where Jack Barak may well have drunk and so much more.

Meet: Outside the Royal Courts of Justice on Fleet Street, opposite Tudor looking George pub
End: Bank Junction
