An empowering get together with useful tools and action to go away with. A powerful session to imprt,ove ourselves, whether we want to de-stress, lose weight, be inspired, be empowered, learn about being happier on a daily basis. We will get together and try out the techniques that Gill Fell has tried out and tested during a period of bad health. A whole host of interesting topics will fly around in these sessions. Leading you to better, health, wealth and most importantly happiness. Hope you can make it. Gill is based in Liverpool and would love to meet you on the 27th October.
