Dear All,

Happy New Year and all the best for all of you in 2015!

We will start the year's management meetup series with a workshop on Non-Violent Communication. The workshop and topic was kindly offered by Andrew Kidd, our meetup member, an Agile Change and Performance Coach, Trainer and Facilitator at Certainty.

Outline:
In this workshop, Andy will introduce us to one of his favourite and most useful tools for working with creative tension and conflict - Non-violent Communication.

You will learn:

• How to build trust, resolve conflict and use creative tension to improve performance within teams

• Techniques to develop your emotional intelligence and personal practice

• How to harness the wisdom of the group, whilst avoiding the stupidity of the herd

Who should attend:

Anybody who is, or may be involved in, the delivery of ‘complex’ projects in an organisational environment that needs to get more value from their collaborative working

Agenda:

6:30pm - Doors open

6:45pm - Talk/Workshop starts promptly

8pm - Pizza and networking.
