Note: Please bring a form of ID with you. About the workshop

This will be a highly interactive, fun session. It will use accelerated learning techniques, and an element of role play to take a look at the key personas people assume when experiencing change. This will give a flavour of the Lean Change Management Workshop and provide attendees with insights into the attitudes and behaviours they need to be aware of when introducing changes into an organisation. After the session, attendees will be able to:

• Apply the Response to Change model to evaluate the compatibility of a system to a proposed change

• List the roles people adopt during change

• Describe how the roles behave during change

He facilitates change in organisations and helps them apply their knowledge to get to where they want to be. He has been known to do this with training courses, strategy workshops, innovation sessions, and executive & team coaching.

When he is not working, he is chasing around Devon with his wife and twin daughters. Back in the day he had a record label, remixed a top-40 record, and had one of his tunes played by John Peel on Radio 1. It was fun while it lasted.
