Note: Please bring a form of ID with you. About the workshop

This will be a highly interactive, fun session. It will use accelerated learning techniques, and an element of role play to take a look at the key personas people assume when experiencing change. This will give a flavour of the Lean Change Management Workshop and provide attendees with insights into the attitudes and behaviours they need to be aware of when introducing changes into an organisation. After the session, attendees will be able to:

• Apply the Response to Change model to evaluate the compatibility of a system to a proposed change

• List the roles people adopt during change

• Describe how the roles behave during change
