This group aims to educate and inspire you to live a healthier lifestyle. Every event has an educational part, and when possible an experiential session where you can practice what you have learnt. Each workshop finishes with Q & A.

Energy Nutrition

I created this meet-up with the Londoner lifestyle in mind. Get professional guidance about diet and nutrition with individualised suggestions based on your health goals and aspirations. The topic for this event is "Energy Nutrition": it is the ideal session for you to get personalised diet and nutrition advice on how to improve and maintain optimal energy levels. How it Works: Pre-event Bookings will close ONE WEEK before the event, so that I can collect and work on the data you will provide. All I want from you prior the session is: 1 - A digital, three days food diary 2 - A general health-questionnaire which I will provide for you to fill in and send to me. During the event I will give you a personalised handout with my dietary suggestions and guidelines based on the info I have collected from you. I will talk you through the handout briefly for five minutes. I will talk to you in an open forum so that everybody can learn from others circumstances and conditions. The rest of the half hour will be about discussing, questions and answer session (like a forum) about diet and nutrition, with particular attention on the relevant commonalities of the group. After the event I offer a FREE 10 minutes phone check-point one week after the event, so that we can discuss how you are going and see how the suggestion I have made are working for you.
