LoPUG Meetup on Thursday 3rd April, 6:30pm onwards

We’re pleased to announce details of the next user group meetup for those excited about PaaS. We’ll be sticking with tradition with an evening of interesting speakers and audience participation, as well as plenty of pizza and beer.

For this event we've got 2 speakers:

•  David Laing, leader of the logsearch open source project and BOSH contributor:

Logsearch for Cloud Foundry: monitoring your CF PaaS
So, you have a CF cluster with lots of apps and lots of logs, but how do you make sense of all this data? By shipping the logs in to a log analysis and search engine like logsearch.

• Colin Humphreys, CEO of CloudCredo and Cloud Foundry Community Advisory Board member:

Project Decker: Cloud Foundry with Docker
Docker creates portable, self-sufficient containers that will deploy applications to run virtually anywhere. Learn how this will be integrated with Cloud Foundry to make deploying applications to your CF PaaS even easier.

The format will follow a similar pattern to our previous meetups, making things as engaging and fun as possible, giving a platform to the technology that's making a difference at the same time as hearing from the people who are actually using the technology on real-world problems.

So if you're interested in hearing from people who are implementing, using and delivering PaaS today then we hope you can make it.

Hope to see you there,

The LOPUG team.

- Panel to follow speakers, featuring speakers and audience volunteers

Hey everyone, I'm really hoping to make it along, but sadly I'm triple booked with new job! Hope at least to hook up with you all for beers later in the evening.

Just passing through the UK, so glad I stumbled across this meetup. Looking forward to my first PaaS meetup outside of North American.
