Detox & Purification Practice - Shanka Prakshalana

Hello, my lovely!

Let's rejuvenate our souls, boost our results, and dive deeper into health, beauty, and freshness

In this sense, I invite you this Sunday at 8:00 am to practice together Shank Prakshalana - detox Yogi practice with 1l salty water on an empty stomach.

Shank Prakshalana is an ancient purification & rejuvenation technique for body & mind & spirit.

It is a fundamental exercise in yogic practice and an excellent internal cleansing procedure that removes toxins from the intestines and can prevent many diseases that accelerate the aging process.

Please be aware that we will need to stay at home for half of the day and have a toilet around! :)

! In the morning You will need to be ready with:

- complete empty stomach (no coffee)
- 1l warm water (drinkable) mixed with a big spoon of salt
- Some of your favorite fruits for a fresh juice or have them raw (this is going to be our first 'meal' after 3h we finish our water to fill up our intestines with vitamins)
- Try to have a light dinner on Saturday

Excellent, visible results on your skin look, energy level, visceral fat, and deep inner process.

The outer strengths are the body and our vital energy which give us the power to act in life. We will work upon this through Full Body Workouts.

In this way, you'll change your daily routine, and empower your whole being.
