Pranayama breathing exercises help reduce stress, increase energy levels and promote overall relaxation. The breathing techniques can also alleviate insomnia and sleeping disorders, which consequently promotes lower and more stable blood pressure. There are really no downsides.

Join this group if you are looking for a calm and welcoming weekly session, designed to help you practice the act of mindful breathing.

The meetup will teach breathing techniques that you can apply at home.

Victoria Park

First meeting of the group! We will meet and greet, then go through a couple of simple breathing exercises to start the week in a positive and relaxed way. The weather should be nice so we will meet at Victoria Park next to the Pavilion Cafe. No special equipment required, simply dress comfortably and bring a yoga math if you don't want to seat on the grass. Depending on numbers and availability we might change place and time. The idea is to meet once a week for around 45 minutes / 1 hour. See you soon! Giovanni
