What we're about

This group is for expectant and new mothers. It's a safe space for mothers to meet-up and socialise with each other while maintaining their health and wellbeing at a time of change.

Yoga is a great form of exercise which helps to reduce stress during pregnancy as well as preparing the body for birth and beyond.

Practising yoga with your baby helps with bonding process and is a brilliant way of getting your body back in shape while spending time with your new little one.

The classes will be suitable for experienced and novice yogi's alike and will be held at various locations in London.
