What we're about

This group will empower and support those wanting to be true to themselves and let go of ineffective people-pleasing ways. This group is for you if:
- you always put others needs before your own
- you find it hard to say ‘No’
- you get taken advantage of
- you avoid confrontation and arguments
- you feel like what you do is ‘never enough’

This group will provide a safe space for us to share our struggles and our ideas on breaking old habits and creating new ones, so that we can:
- stand in our personal power
- learn how to get our needs met
- be ourselves without hiding parts
- express our femininity with confidence
- enjoy our sexuality
- communicate our feelings
- develop rewarding relationships

Group etiquette:

- If you RSVP an event and can no longer attend, please ensure you update your RSVP accordingly, even if it's the last minute. This is important as we like to look out for our members as they arrive.

- You've joined, so let us meet you! If you would love to come but feel nervous about taking the first step, feel free to message myself (Helen) personally - I will do my best to put you at ease.

- Please be respectful of each other's life journeys.

Social Side

I have created a closed Facebook group where we have discussions, share ideas and resources. If you can’t make a meet-up in person, this is a great way to keep in touch: RPP Facebook group (https://m.facebook.com/groups/2306796212899957)
