Saturday Running Combat followed by Healthy Breakfast!

Hi Running Champs,

Let’s meet on Saturday at 9.30am at Black Lion Gate (just opposite the Hyde Park Hilton Hotel and the Queensway tube station). From there we will start our workout session and then at approximately 10.30am we will go for a breakfast at Wholefoods Market, High Street Kensington. It probably needs no introduction as an awesome venue for breakfast.

After breakfast, we often congregate with other groups to have a discussion re: health/fitness/personal development for which there is no obligation to stay but is a great way to meet new people who are like minded, part of the London High Achievers Book and Breakfast Club

The run is hosted by Thomas Hamilton, an experienced runner who designed a training programme that is suitable for everyone. Each session is designed so that you improve your endurance, speed, endurance, overall health as well as burning up to 1000 calories to boot!

THE CLASS IS FREE OF CHARGE!

Also of note, there will be a place to put your bags and we recommend that you bring some water with you.
