On this page you will find answers to common questions which have been asked about London Sailing and Adventure group.
What's the groups mission?
The London Sailing and Adventure groups mission is to facilitate excellent sailing, adventure and social events on a not for profit basis.
Who runs the group?
The group is run by it's members, for it's members on a volunteer basis, you won't find a committee nor elitist band of organisers here. For the group to grow we need people to come forward and help in any way they can.
How do I get involved?
Either come along to an event or use the links on the left hand side under the 'Organized by' heading to contact some of the existing Organisers.
I want to help but have no sailing or water sports experience!
As well as event organisers and skippers, we need people to help in many ways. So if you can assist in finding good restaurants and bars at our destinations, help organising travel, arrange social evenings etc we'd like to hear from you. Remember, when you help others, you can't help helping yourself!
Are there any rules members and organisers need to follow?
We only ask that events fit within the groups mission, as stated above, and that you do not use the group to pursue personal and/or financial gain.

Please, therefore, be patient in waiting for replies and bare this in mind if ever phoning an organiser.
