Thurs evening Language & Culture Exchange in Canary Wharf

  • to
  • This location is shown only to members

  • Come around for a chilled evening, grab a coffee and practice your favorite language while meeting new people.
How does London speaks work? we meet up at a coffee shop, depending on who comes, we organise the tables per language, trying to match Native speakers with people wanting to practice that Language. No fees, FREE. You will only pay for your own consumption at the coffee shop.

For example, if you're native English speaker wanting to practice your French or Spanish, you may find a Spanish or French speaker wanting to practice their English. So you would help them for about 30 mins or so, and then they will help you for another half an hour. Sound good, isn't it? come and have a try, practice that language that you have been wanting to speak fluently for ages and make new friends.

    See you there!

Ps. Le Pain Quotidian is really easy to find. From Canary Wharf station facing the escalators (you should have Paperchase on your right) just walk to your left into 'Jubilee Place', go straight and you will find the coffee shop just before having to turn to your left.
You can also always ask for help to any of the security guys around, they will kindly guide you to Le Pain Quotidian cafe in no time!

pps: after the session, everyone who is up for a drink may head to some of the pubs in the area :-)
